A disappointing evening in Ring, damn you, West Cork weather!
Despite the overcast conditions and still waters a dozen or so members ventured out to Ring to try and make some magical photos out of the dreary conditions. 10-stop filters, speed lights and torches were all employed to try and work the scene before us but to no avail. That atmospheric photo remained elusive and uncaptured. The sun may well have set but it did not light up the sky and twilight failed to materialise as the gloom and darkness quickly descended. It was cold too.
The following evening there was the most spectacular and prolonged sunset. Damn you West Cork weather!
