A double congratulatory post. First to the camera club as a whole on raising the impressive sum of €1050 for Cancer Connect through our annual exhibition held at the Celtic Ross. This substantial sum was raised by selling raffle tickets on the opening night of the exhibition and then through the subsequent sale of photos exhibited at the hotel.
We were delighted to have our chairman, Geoff, present the huge cheque to Cancer Connect at our Wednesday meeting.
Geoff is also involved with the second congratulatory message as the winner of the intra-club competition, Texture in a Landscape. Geoff won with this monochrome image of a field of stubble.
